  • 1 cup cooked chicken or turkey (shredded) Use pre-cooked chicken or turkey to save time, rotisserie chicken works great.
  • 1/2 cup favorite veggies (such as spinach, bell peppers, or shredded carrots) Feel free to get creative with your vegetable choices.

Preparation
  1. Start by placing your gluten-free wrap on a clean surface.
  2. Add the shredded chicken or turkey in the center of the wrap.
  3. Pile the veggies on top of the meat.
  4. Carefully fold in one side of the wrap, then tuck in the top and bottom before rolling it up tightly.
  5. Enjoy your wrap as is, or slice it in half for easy handling!

Notes

Serve your wraps with a side of fresh fruit or a light salad. You can also add a simple dipping sauce, such as a yogurt-based dressing or a squeeze of lemon for added flavor. These wraps are perfect for lunch boxes or on-the-go meals. If you have leftovers, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap or place them in an airtight container.
