  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is combined.

  6. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and shape them into cookie forms.
