Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour You can experiment with different flours for unique taste.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast Make sure the water is warm to activate the yeast.
  • 3/4 cup warm water Warm, around 110°F or 43°C.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast. Mix well to incorporate all the dry ingredients.
  2. Make a small well in the center of the dry mixture and add the warm water and olive oil.
  3. Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until a rough dough forms, then transfer it to a floured surface.
  4. Knead the dough for about five minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for about 30 minutes in a warm spot.
Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Once risen, roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it onto a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Add your favorite sauces, cheese, and toppings, then bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Notes

Thin-crust pizza is best enjoyed hot and fresh from the oven. If you have leftover dough, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze it for about 1 month. Let it thaw in the fridge overnight before use.
