Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove their stems. Set both the caps and stems aside.
- Finely chop the mushroom stems and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add the cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to the bowl. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, pressing down gently to fill them well.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each stuffed mushroom for a delicious, crispy finish.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and heated through.
Notes
These stuffed mushrooms make a fantastic appetizer or snack. Serve warm with a fresh salad or your favorite dipping sauce. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
