- Spread the dough onto a greased baking sheet, dimpling the surface gently with your fingers.

Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Make sure your sourdough starter is bubbly and active for the best flavor. Don't rush the rising process! Letting the dough rise for at least 30 minutes will enhance the texture. You can store your focaccia at room temperature for up to three days or freeze it for longer storage.
