- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute, stirring frequently.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and mix well. Let it cook for an additional 2 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top just before serving.
Notes
This stir-fry is customizable with any vegetables on hand. For added protein, include tofu, chicken, or shrimp. Great served hot over rice or noodles.
