Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots)
Flavorings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Serving Options
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute, stirring frequently.
  3. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well. Let it cook for an additional 2 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top just before serving.

Notes

This stir-fry is customizable with any vegetables on hand. For added protein, include tofu, chicken, or shrimp. Great served hot over rice or noodles.
