- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto the pastry and fold it over, sealing the edges well.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg for a beautiful golden finish.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until it’s golden brown and puffed.
