Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage Cooked and drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Ensure it’s softened for easy mixing
For the rolls
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough (8 ounces each) Unroll and separate into triangles

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage and softened cream cheese, stirring until well mixed.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the sausage and cream cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  7. Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and moving to the point. Pinch the ends to seal.
Baking
  1. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until they turn golden brown.

Notes

These rolls are best served warm. Pair with your favorite dipping sauce like marinara, ranch, or barbecue sauce. They can also be enjoyed for breakfast or brunch.
