Preparation

Cooking
- Place the steaks on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Ribeye steak is perfect on its own, but it pairs beautifully with sides like roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad. Let the steaks rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness: 130°F for medium-rare, 140°F for medium. To store leftovers, cool to room temperature, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
