Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the cubed chicken breasts to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  3. Toss in the sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets. Stir everything together and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the veggies are tender.
  4. Drizzle with soy sauce and mix well, letting it all cook for an additional minute.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice or quinoa.
