- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and set aside in a bowl.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined and creamy.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
- Slowly fold in the crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For added texture, reserve some crushed Oreos to sprinkle on top before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
