  • 16 pieces Oreo cookies Crushed into fine crumbs.
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and set aside in a bowl.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined and creamy.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
  6. Slowly fold in the crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed.
  7. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For added texture, reserve some crushed Oreos to sprinkle on top before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
