Preparation
- Place the Oreo cookies into a thick freezer bag. Gently pound with a rolling pin until crushed.
- Add the milk to a blender, followed by the ice cream and Oreo crumbs.
- Pulse a few times, then blend until smooth. If you're using vanilla extract, add it in now.
- Adjust the shake with more milk if needed for your desired consistency.
Serving
- Pour the milkshake into two glasses.
- Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and drizzle chocolate syrup over it. If you'd like, add a whole Oreo for garnish.
- Serve immediately with a straw and a spoon. Enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker milkshake, use less milk or more ice cream. Keep some Oreo pieces aside to fold into the mixture for added crunch. Experiment with different ice cream flavors for variety. If storing leftovers, keep in an airtight container and stir or blend again before serving.
