  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 2 medium zucchinis Spiralized into noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream For a creamy sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For flavor and creaminess
  • 2 tablespoons butter For sautéing
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • Parsley For garnish, optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Slowly whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add the spiralized zucchini noodles to the sauce and cook for just a few minutes until slightly softened.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet, tossing it with the sauce and noodles.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

To reduce moisture from zoodles, pat them dry with a paper towel after spiralizing. Add extra veggies for more flavor and nutrition. Try shrimp instead of chicken for variation.
