Method

Preparation
  1. Evenly spread half a cup of whipped cream on one slice of crustless bread.
  2. Place three California strawberries in a diagonal line, all facing the same direction, and add one strawberry on each empty side.
  3. Spread another half a cup of whipped cream over the strawberries to cover them completely.
  4. Place the other slice of bread on top and wrap the entire sandwich in plastic wrap, ensuring it’s wrapped tightly.
  5. Use a marker to mark where you want to diagonally cut your sandwich for a lovely presentation.

Notes

These sandwiches are best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one day. Use very fresh strawberries for the best flavor, and consider adding a splash of vanilla extract to the whipped cream for a richer taste.
