  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  2. Add the flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough starts to form.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-10 minutes, until it feels smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
  5. Once risen, gently punch down the dough and roll it out to your preferred thickness for your pizza.

Notes

For an extra flavorful dough, consider adding herbs or garlic powder into the mix. If you have leftover dough, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To store longer, freeze the dough and let it thaw in the refrigerator before using.
