Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cups almond flour
  • 0.5 cups brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
Wet Ingredients
  • 0.25 cups honey
  • 0.25 cups unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free all-purpose flour, almond flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the honey, softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough out between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
  6. Cut the dough into squares or rectangles and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let cool before serving.

Notes

Store your gluten-free graham crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze for up to three months, separating layers with parchment paper.
