Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the gluten-free all-purpose flour, almond flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the honey, softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the dough out between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into squares or rectangles and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
Store your gluten-free graham crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze for up to three months, separating layers with parchment paper.
