Preparation
  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Once cooked, drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper to the pot. Sauté until they are nice and soft.
Cooking
  1. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, elbow macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy!
