- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Stir in ground turkey or chicken, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Add in cooked quinoa, steamed broccoli, and shredded carrots. Mix well and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with dairy-free cheese if using, cover, and let melt for a few minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
You can swap ground turkey with chicken, beef, or plant-based crumbles. Add bell peppers or spinach for extra veggies. Serve with a side salad for a complete gluten-free dinner.
