Preparation
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter together over low heat.
- Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a large bowl, crush the gluten-free biscuits and add the melted chocolate mixture, stirring to combine.
- Fold in the chopped Crunchie bars, marshmallows, and nuts.
- Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
