  • 200 g gluten-free biscuits Crushed into smaller pieces
  • 100 g dark chocolate Melted
  • 50 g butter Melted with the chocolate
  • 100 g Crunchie Bars, chopped Can substitute with any favorite chocolate bar
  • 100 g marshmallows Fluffy mini marshmallows preferred
  • 100 g nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts) Chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter together over low heat.
  3. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a large bowl, crush the gluten-free biscuits and add the melted chocolate mixture, stirring to combine.
  5. Fold in the chopped Crunchie bars, marshmallows, and nuts.
  6. Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

These squares can be served as a dessert or snack. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Experiment with different nuts or add dried fruits for variety.
