  1. In a saucepan, heat the gluten-free broth over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a bit of cold water to create a slurry.
  3. Slowly add the cornstarch mixture to the broth while whisking continuously.
  4. Cook for 3–5 minutes until the gravy thickens.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.

Notes

For more depth of flavor, consider adding sautéed onions or garlic while heating the broth. If the gravy is too thick, whisk in a little more broth or water to reach your desired consistency. Feel free to experiment with herbs and spices like thyme or rosemary for a unique twist.
