Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour Make sure to measure accurately for the best texture.
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Feel free to add more for extra garlicky flavor.
Wet Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter For brushing before baking.
Garnish
  • Fresh parsley (optional) For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Add in the olive oil and milk, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead it briefly.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut it into sticks.
  6. Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush them with melted butter.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until they are golden brown.
  2. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm, perfect with marinara sauce or as a side with pasta. For storage, place in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the oven before serving.
