- In a large bowl, mix the rice cereal with the chocolate chips and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt the peanut butter and honey together over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and stir until evenly coated.
- Using your hands, form small clusters that resemble nests and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Press a few Easter candy eggs into the center of each nest.
- Refrigerate until set, then enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, try using dark chocolate chips. These nests are best served chilled and can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Separate layers with parchment paper if stacking.
