  • Easter candy eggs For decorating the nests.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix the rice cereal with the chocolate chips and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the peanut butter and honey together over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Using your hands, form small clusters that resemble nests and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Press a few Easter candy eggs into the center of each nest.
  6. Refrigerate until set, then enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, try using dark chocolate chips. These nests are best served chilled and can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Separate layers with parchment paper if stacking.
