- Beat in the egg until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until everything is mixed together.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into egg shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Place the shaped dough onto a lined baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden.
- Allow the biscuits to cool, then top with icing and add a dollop of jam for the 'yolk.'
