Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until well mixed.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, and egg (or flax egg) until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a sticky dough.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the rolled dough with melted butter, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the top.
- Roll the dough up tightly from one end and cut into even rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Frosting and Serving
- For the frosting, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla together in a bowl until smooth, and drizzle it over the warm cinnamon rolls.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze individual rolls for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or in a warm oven.
