Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup warm water Make sure not too hot, just warm to touch.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 egg for egg wash (optional) Use for brushing the tops before baking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Baking
  1. Shape the dough into small rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. If using, brush the tops with beaten egg.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Let cool before serving.

Notes

These rolls are best served warm, plain, with butter, or with your favorite spreads. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
