Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fill each donut cavity about three-quarters full with the batter.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan, then enjoy!
