Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Fill each donut cavity about three-quarters full with the batter.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Allow to cool before removing from the pan, then enjoy!

Notes
