Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crunch, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking. You can customize the spices by adding paprika or cayenne pepper for different flavors. Use fresh garlic for the best taste, but jarred minced garlic will suffice.
