Preparation
- Start by laying out the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a generous layer of hummus on each tortilla.
- Evenly distribute the shredded carrots, baby spinach, cucumber slices, bell pepper slices, and avocado on top of the hummus.
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
- Carefully roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Slice each wrap in half at a diagonal.
Notes
