  • 4 whole whole grain tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper bell pepper, any color, thinly sliced
  • ½ avocado avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by laying out the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a generous layer of hummus on each tortilla.
  3. Evenly distribute the shredded carrots, baby spinach, cucumber slices, bell pepper slices, and avocado on top of the hummus.
  4. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
  5. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  6. Slice each wrap in half at a diagonal.

Notes

These wraps are best served fresh! Cut them into smaller pieces for a fun appetizer. Pair with your favorite dressing or dip like tzatziki or a light vinaigrette. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
