  • 4 medium ripe bananas Use very ripe bananas for a sweeter taste.
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Can be substituted with almond butter or sunflower seed butter.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the oats, peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until combined.
  4. Scoop the mixture onto a greased baking sheet, forming small patties.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let cool and enjoy!

Notes

Serve warm with honey or maple syrup and pair with fresh fruit or yogurt. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days, refrigerate for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
