Cooking
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Notes
Serve these fluffy pancakes warm off the skillet with syrup, fresh berries, or yogurt. To store leftovers, let them cool completely, then place in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the toaster or microwave.
