Preparation

- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture, condensed milk, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Punch down the risen dough and divide it into equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll and place in a greased baking pan.
- Let the rolls rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Enjoy warm, ideally with butter.
