  • 1 cup sour cream For serving.
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning To enhance flavor.
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes For garnish, if desired.
  • 1 cup lettuce Shredded for added crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the tater tots package instructions.
  2. Cook the tater tots until crispy.
  3. In a skillet, cook the seasoned ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet for a few seconds.
Assembly
  1. To assemble each burrito, place a layer of ground beef, crispy tater tots, and shredded cheese on each tortilla.
  2. Roll the tortillas tightly to form burritos.
  3. Optional: Place the burritos in a baking dish, top with extra cheese, and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.

Notes

Store leftovers tightly wrapped in foil or in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Freeze for longer storage. Customize your filling with beans, peppers, or corn for added flavor and texture.
