  • 1 piece egg

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the olive oil and egg, and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  5. Cut the dough into squares or your desired shapes.
  6. Transfer the crackers to a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  8. Let them cool before enjoying with cheese, dips, or spreads.

Notes

Store crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. Best enjoyed within a few days for maximum crispiness. Can be frozen for up to a month.
