  • 2 lbs chicken wings Pat them dry before coating.
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour (or almond flour) Can substitute with almond flour.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Drizzle over the wings.
  • hot sauce or your favorite wing sauce Optional, for serving.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and add them to the bowl with the flour mixture. Toss until the wings are well coated.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss again to coat.
  5. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  2. If desired, toss with hot sauce or your favorite wing sauce before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For best results, pat the wings dry thoroughly before coating. Try adding cayenne pepper to the flour for a spicy kick. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, and reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
