Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine buckwheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together water (or milk), olive oil (or melted butter), and maple syrup (or honey).
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Cooking

Notes
