  • 1 box 1 box of brownie mix (around 18-20 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup vegetable oil Can also use canola oil or melted coconut oil as substitutes.
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons water

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and all-purpose flour.
  3. Add the eggs, vegetable oil, and water to the mix.
  4. Stir everything together until well combined.
  5. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the dough. To enhance the fudginess, slightly underbake the cookies so they stay soft in the center. If you want a crunchy cookie, bake them a little longer but watch closely to avoid burning.
