Ingredients
  

For the dough
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs beaten in one at a time
For the filling
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar for sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a saucepan, bring the water and butter to a boil.
  3. Stir in the flour until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and puffed.
Filling
  1. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Once the puffs are cool, cut them open and fill with the whipped cream.
Serving
  1. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed within a couple of days.
