Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a saucepan, bring the water and butter to a boil.
- Stir in the flour until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and puffed.
Filling
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Once the puffs are cool, cut them open and fill with the whipped cream.
Serving
- Serve and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed within a couple of days.
