Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix together the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- Fill each donut cavity about 3/4 full with the batter.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool slightly before removing them from the pan.
Coating and Serving
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for coating.
- While the donuts are still warm, dip them in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days or freeze for up to a month. Thaw before serving.
