Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cumin. Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
- Stir in the chopped spinach until evenly distributed.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the greased dish and spread it evenly. Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden brown and firm to touch.
Cooling
- Allow the flatbread to cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares or wedges.
Notes
Great served with hummus or yogurt dip. Can also be used as a base for wraps. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
