Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into thick steaks.
- In a bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture on both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
Cooking
- Place them on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway, until they are tender.
Vegan Ranch Preparation
- Blend soaked cashews, almond milk, lemon juice, dried dill, and salt until smooth.
Notes
These cauliflower steaks can be served alongside a fresh salad or sautéed veggies. Drizzle with the vegan ranch or serve it on the side. They are great as a snack for gatherings, too.
