  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
For the Sliders
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • slider buns
  • lettuce (optional)
  • sliced cucumbers (optional)
  • green onions for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  2. Toss the shredded chicken in the sauce until well coated.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the sliders by placing the Bang Bang chicken on slider buns.
  2. Add lettuce and cucumber slices if desired.
  3. Garnish with sliced green onions.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
