Ingredients
  

For the Banana Bread
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 ripe bananas for banana bread Make sure they are very ripe for the best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup funfetti sprinkles For funfetti banana bread
For the Cinnamon Rolls
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 package Oreo cookies For Oreo cinnamon rolls

Method
 

Banana Bread Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
  3. Mix together the mashed bananas, sugar, softened butter, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Add in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir in the funfetti sprinkles.
  5. Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cinnamon Rolls Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix the warm water with the yeast and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a larger bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, milk, and softened butter to the dry ingredients, mixing until combined.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  5. Once risen, roll out the dough on a floured surface.
  6. Spread melted butter over the top, then sprinkle with cinnamon and crushed Oreo cookies.
  7. Roll up the dough tightly and slice it into individual rolls.
  8. Place them in a baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

For serving, slice the banana bread and serve warm with butter or honey. Serve the cinnamon rolls with a glaze made from powdered sugar and milk.
