  • 500 g chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon chilli powder Adjust for more heat
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, chilli powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  3. Toss the marinated chicken with vegetable oil and place it in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is crispy and cooked through.
  2. Remove from the air fryer, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results. Make sure to slice the chicken evenly and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for optimal crispiness.
