  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Baking
